Reilly stands at just 5'2 and according to his doctor, he's done growing. He's our cute little leprechaun. He has naturally brown hair but he bleaches it blond because he likes it blond better. He has bright blue eyes that just have the mischievous look about them. He's got some muscle and has a little bit of an athletic look to him, but not much, because he's no jock. He just plays soccer. He can usually be seen in skinny jeans, a t-shirt, and supras... Reilly is also usually wearing a snapback hat because he's obsessed with them. His teeth used to be crooked but now that he's had braces, they're pretty darn straight. They're nice and white, and he's got an easygoing/welcoming smile. Reilly wears lots and lots of bright colors in order to call attention to himself.

Reilly Morgan O'Keefe has quite the strong personality. He's very vocal about things. If you're annoying, he's going to tell you, flat out. On the flip side, if you make him happy, you're also going to know about it. He's very open about how he feels and everybody knows who he likes and dislikes. He's not much of a fan of keeping secrets. He doesn't talk behind people's backs or spread rumors. It's just not him. Reilly will tell you if he has a problem with you and he'll also try to solve that problem. He doesn't just badmouth you. He knows when he's in the wrong, and he doesn't mind people telling him he's in the wrong... But at first, he's probably going to throw a fit. Reilly is Irish and he's got the Irish temper to prove it. He very quickly gets really really angry. He's not a violent angry person, just a slightly intimidating angry person. He has the tendency to get up in your face when he's mad.

Reilly is also a very hyper kid. He's got ADHD, major ADHD, and he doesn't take his medication like he's supposed to. He's crazy and to people that can't keep up with him, he's obnoxious, downright obnoxious. He likes to troll people and rile people up, so that creates a lot of enemies for him. He's also got Tourettes that is also very major. He twitches a lot and he says things sometimes that don't relate to the conversation. That's his one secret: Tourettes. He doesn't tell anybody that he has Tourettes and he doesn't plan to, not even his best friends. He just doesn't tell people that because he doesn't want to be viewed as the kid that can't control himself. He blames his twitching and random little phrases on his ADHD, and so far, people seem to believe that. Because of his high energy level, he's a riot at parties, especially when he's wasted. He'll do anything that sounds fun to his drunken brain, and to top it off, he never regrets anything in the morning, even if he should. He keeps the past in the past.

Reilly is loyal to his friends. They mean the world to him and he'd do anything for them, including: lying, stealing, fighting, etc. He just doesn't care what he has to do, as long as his friends stay happy. In fact, he wouldn't care if everybody else was miserable, so long as all of his friends were happy. Reilly is very loving towards his friends and the people he cares about. A lot of people assume it's hard to become his friend just because of how crude he is, but it's easy. Pretty much, you just have to be okay with his craziness and you're considered a friend. He'll defend his friends to the end.

Reilly Morgan O'Keefe and his twin brother, Morgan Reilly O'Keefe were born in Mullingar, Ireland. They were generally quiet babies and the parents were both hoping that the boys hadn't contracted the Tourettes that ran in the O'Keefe family. Unfortunately, by the time they were two, the tics started in both of them. On top of that, they found out that both of them had major ADHD. They were hyper all the time and very easily distracted. The O'Keefe family weren't sure how to deal with them because they really were the terrible two. The teens in their neighborhood refused to babysit Reilly and Morgan because they were just that crazy. Bridget, their mom, had to step away from teaching until they were five and could go to kindergarten. By then, Lena, Reilly's grandmother moved back to Mullingar after living in America for years and years and was able to babysit them after kindergarten ended. Lena had ADHD and Tourettes and was able to keep up with both Reilly and Morgan for extended periods of time. Reilly was always really close with his grandma.

Both the boys went to boarding schools starting in first grade. When the first boarding school figured out they were as crazy as they were, they were most definitely separated as far as roommates but they always took the same classes. They always sat right next to and caused plenty of chaos. Reilly was infatuated with playing soccer and he immediately started playing with the other kids who played soccer. Morgan was more into football and basketball. Reilly didn't like any other sport other than soccer and he played it constantly. He also picked up singing. That was one hobby that Morgan and him agreed on and did together on a regular basis. The kids loved it. Reilly missed home though, mostly because of his grandma and his sisters. See, all his boarding schools in Ireland were all boys' schools. He liked to spend time with his sisters during the summer, especially Caitlin. Aedan joined Morgan and Reilly in boarding school two years after they started, so Reilly doesn't really miss Aedan.

Lena moved back to the United States when Reilly and Morgan were about twelve years old. Reilly didn't know how to react to that because he was always really, really close with her. He missed her like no other. At the age of thirteen, Reilly and Morgan got to choose whether they wanted to do boarding school. Morgan voted no but Reilly voted yes. He still had friends there and he wasn't about to ditch them. He left Morgan and the rest of his family to continue going to boarding school. He was the riot of the place. He enjoyed partying, getting laid, and just having a good time. Reilly was never a slut but he wasn't a virgin either. He's bisexual so it doesn't really matter whether it's a guy or a girl. They both are turn ons, but he always leaned towards the guys. Not more than a few months ago, they got a call that Lena was dying of cancer, so the O'Keefe's pulled Reilly out of this boarding school and promptly moved to America.
