SMART: for starters, cameron isn’t dumb, even though you might assume so when you first meet him or him talking to someone. He’s actually quite the knowledge sponge, but he isn’t a nerd. He doesn’t like to be all about school, but he does like learning new things, even if it isn’t about school. He isn’t a straight ‘A’ student, but he could be if he just applied himself a bit more. His favorite subject is Chemistry, anything science really, he just finds mixtures of things interesting and he likes fucking around with all the different chemicals.

SOCIALLY AWKWARD: cam isn’t judgmental but he knows how high school social circles work and he’s never gotten himself caught up in it all so he prefers to stay under the radar. He doesn’t think he has anything to offer really, he isn’t athletic, he’s insecure, clumsy, apologetic, and he rambles when he gets nervous. He tries to just stick to his own low-key crowd and he doesn’t like everyone knowing everything about him. He doesn’t really attend dances, because for one, he can’t dance and two, he wouldn’t go alone because that would just be awkward and make him feel more like a loser. He isn’t shy or antisocial, in fact, he loves talking to people, but he really isn’t one to approach someone first in fear of social rejection.

GOOFY: when you first see him, he doesn’t look like he has the goofiest sense of humor but that’s only because he has to be around the right person or people, plus he’s naturally sarcastic, so some people get the wrong idea at first. However, the more comfortable he is with someone the more they get to hear him talk, see how outgoing he actually can be, and see how much of a goofball he is. He’s really funny, especially because he can be a bit weird sometimes and just ask the most randomest questions. He also uses a lot of movie references; even if he doesn’t know that you’ll catch on to what movie it’s from.

CURIOUS: He sometimes lets curiosity get the best of him and it can literally be with anything. It can be with a random fact he heard that he isn’t sure he believes, a stranger, an object, etc. When something catches his attention like that, making him want to learn more or figure it out, he doesn’t hesitate to find the answers he’s searching for. Also, when he meets people or gets asked by his friends (or anyone) to go somewhere, he always says yes, even if it’s a stranger. He’s a go with the flow kind of guy and will accompany anyone anywhere if they asked him, he figures, ‘why not?’. He doesn’t care where you two are headed, he just likes to experience different things. The only reason he’d say no, would because he has his little sister with him, but if you’re willing to take a rain check, he’ll be there next time.


AFFECTIONATE: No one knows this, except maybe the two girls he’s dated before now, but he’s actually quite the sweetheart. He’s thoughtful, considerate, generous, and he has a good heart. He’s not a hopeless romantic, even though he does attempt once in awhile, but really, he sucks at it. He’s not creative at all, so when he does try to do something nice for someone, it’s not your usual romantic gesture. He can be sensitive, but he’s good at hiding his feelings and chooses to not talk about certain things because he doesn’t want the other person to know if something is bothering him. He lets it pile up until he just blurts it out one day. He’s not good with words when he’s comforting someone, but he is a great cuddler. He’s also a great friend and can be depended on to follow through with anything; he always puts others’ needs before him.

QUIRKS/OBSESSIONS: Cam’s biggest obsession is zombies, so yes, he’s a big Walking Dead fan, comics and the tv show. If he’s really cool with you and he’s bored, he might even randomly bite you, just because he’s a dumbie like that. He likes comic books; his favorite super hero is Batman, hands down. He has a tendency to sing in the shower even though he can’t sing, he doesn’t know why he does it, but every single time, a song just belches out of him. Another obsession of his, baked goods, he loves pies, cookies, cakes, etc. He doesn’t know how to make them, mainly because every time he tries he burns them or himself in the process, but he loves eating them.

HOME LIFE: Cam lives in a 3 Bedroom apartment in Huntington Beach, CA with his mother and his 6 year old sister, Claire. They use to live in a bigger place when Cam was 11, but that was because their dad’s income was high enough to pay for the families stay. His mom was pregnant with Claire and while one late night, while his dad was out getting his pregnant wife ice cream for her cravings, he was mugged and killed in an alley. The family didn’t know until about a few days later, in which Cameron’s mom had to go identify the body. Cameron was too young to really process it all, but all he knew was that the bad man that hurt batman’s parents; hurt his dad too. Or that’s at least what he told himself.

When Claire was born, Cameron took on his role as big brother, and as time passed on, he became a somewhat man of the house, even if he didn’t really view himself a man at all. He took care of his sister and made sure she was always at school/day care on time and picked her up when his mother couldn’t. He knew his mother couldn’t do it all on her own, not with two kids, so he never hesitates to offer his services to help out either with his sister or around the house. He’s extremely close to his sister and anyone that has seen him with her, can see how happy he is whenever he’s around her.

The family had to move in a smaller place and in a cheaper city, even if they had his dad’s health insurance money that would only hold them over for so long. Before his mother was just a waitress, but she knew she had to do more once the baby was born, for her family. She ended up becoming business partners with her best friend from college, and the pair started their own clothing shop. It wasn’t the most materialistic, but it was affordable by all, which ended up being a success. They’re known but they aren’t famous, they have a good customer balance weekly and people that work under them now. Since his mom doesn’t have to be in the shop anymore, she’s working on several other projects in order to make more money.
